Westland Title is committed to the commercial real estate market. At our Corporate Headquarters on 16th Street and at our office on East Morten, we have an escrow team that specializes in serving the needs of our commercial customers. We have individual escrow experts who have closed numerous land acquisition, apartment, office, industrial and shopping center transactions. In addition, we frequently work with individuals who invest in small projects, such as homes for lease and smaller multi-unit properties. In direct support of our escrow group are the people in our title department. They not only have more than one hundred cumulative years in the title insurance industry, but they also have the systems in place to facilitate fast and accurate reports and policies. Besides the title and escrow components of our team, we provide ancillary services to our commercial clients. These include full construction services. Parts of these are voucher control, risk management, pre-construction feasibility analysis, and inspection services. To help get projects started, our research department has the expertise necessary to help identify suitable properties. We are able to quickly provide information that serves as the basis for project initiation and continuation.

Our sister company, Nevada Title, has been in business since 1978. For the last 10 years, it has maintained a position of largest title and escrow company in Southern Nevada. Nevada Title has processed most of the gaming transactions in Las Vegas, including the purchase of the Mirage Resorts by MGM in 2000.

To support the commercial real estate industry locally and nationally and to keep the pulse of activities in our community, we are active members in Valley Partnership, NAIOP, SIOR, ACMBA, and local association commercial divisions.
